It’s that time of year again. And thanks to the people at Fulton Bank (This year’s major sponsor) it just might be the best Restaurant Week… ever. Sure, we’re biased to our local roots, but can you blame us?
Foodies can rest easy with budgeting – Meals will range in price from $5 to $30 depending on your flavor. The goal of restaurant week is to expose York as one of the top foodie destinations in the Susquehanna Valley, and to improve economic conditions in the process.
Some restaurants participating in the foodie fun are White Rose Bar & Grill, The Left Bank, Maewyn’s, and Nuts About Granola. A full list of participating Restaurants, Pubs, and other local businesses is on the official Restaurant Week website.
The event runs from February 22nd through March 1st. 
Want some cash for your favorite charity? We’ll add $5 to the pot every time someone mentions @YAFCA and uses the #caredabout hashtag on Facebook or Twitter, including a location and photo (see our tweet here – we made our own as a friendly little example). The giveaway begins on February 22nd and runs through March 1st*.

As usual, the entries will go on paper entries, and then the winner drawn on video. Now would be a great time to drum up some support for your favorite charity. Grab some friends and supporters and tell them to be sure to frequent Restaurant Week, and to tweet or post (on Facebook) their favorite dishes mentioning @YAFCA and using the #caredabout hashtag (featuring their favorite dish in a tweet or post).
